Scheduling, Payments, and Sampling Questions

When it comes to booking your catering, sampling menu items, and making payments, some of the most common questions are:

Can we try the food before we book your catering services?

Yes! We invite you to our Sunday Brunch to taste our food and experience the quality to see if it is right for your event. For booked weddings, we can set up a specific tasting.

Is there a discount for kids?

Yes! Children ages 0-3 are free, and children ages 4-10 are half-price.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Typically, canceling your booking will result in forfeiting the deposit. However, this will depend on the reason for the cancellation.

When does the caterer need finalized choices?

You will need to provide us with your Final Count and Final Menu 14 days before the event.

Does the caterer have additional charges, such as a security deposit, sales tax, or service fees? What, if any, are the expected gratuities for your services?

All staffed events have a 22% service charge, and all catering has a 6% sales tax. We require a $100 deposit for all catering events.

None of our services include gratuity, which is always appreciated but not required.

Can you cater to any venue?

Yes, we are experienced in catering events at various locations and can work with your chosen venue to ensure that all necessary accommodations are made.

What does your staff wear?

Our staff wears long-sleeved black button-up shirts with ties, black dress pants, and black shoes to ensure they blend in and look professional for your event.

Do you have a static menu, or can you create a custom menu?

You can choose from our menus for your event, but the menus can be adjusted to suit your tastes, dietary needs, event theme, etc.

Do you offer cake-cutting services?

Yes. We can provide, cut, and serve cakes for your event.
