Carson's Premier Catering was newly established in 2002.
Yet Carson's Premier Catering has over 20 years of
experience working with the public and in the food
service industry. Tim Carson is the grandson of
the founder of Carson's Tavern in Scottdale.
With a desire to expand into new areas, the
Carsons began their catering business through the tavern. They
found their customers had a need for quality food and great
service at all sorts of venues.
Carson's Premier Catering was created
to provide superb catering services for all sorts of
occasions at venues throughout Westmoreland, Fayette,
and Allegheny Counties. Carson's will cater a
wedding, a birthday party, an office party, a corporate
event, a holiday party, a sports banquet, a picnic or
even a get-together in your home.

From veteran Event
Coordinators to professionally trained chefs and
wait staff, Carson's Premier Catering brings
depth of experience, skill, and creativity to
every event. Our in-house staffing department is
a point of pride as we manage the recruitment,
staffing, and training of our event staff. This
allows us to find the best people which meet our
high standards. We make sure they understand our
tried and true catering systems and also
schedule ongoing trainings to keep our staff up
to date. You will find our staff to be
professional, gracious, and committed to
providing outstanding service.
Tim Carson, Owner
Tim Carson is the grandson of
the founder of Carson's Tavern in Scottdale.
With a desire to expand into
new areas, Tim began a catering business through
the tavern. Tim's catering efforts enjoyed great
success, and its customers appreciated both the
quality of the food and the and the great
service at all sorts of venues.
Stephen Carson, Event Producer
Stephen is the son of Tim Carson and a 2012
graduate of California University of PA. Along
with meeting with brides and discussing wedding
details, he also manages all events held at the
Barn at Ligonier, a beautiful rustic venue
nestled in the Laurel Highlands. He is very
passionate and driven to ensure every detail is
not forgotten and focuses on making every event
memorable for each client. Stephen has years of
catering knowledge from creating new food dishes
to unique set up displays. Stephen can be
