Carson's Premier Catering was newly established in 2002.  Yet Carson's Premier Catering has over 20 years of experience working with the public and in the food service industry.  Tim Carson is the grandson of the founder of Carson's Tavern in Scottdale. 

With a desire to expand into new areas, the Carsons began their catering business through the tavern. They found their customers had a need for quality food and great service at all sorts of venues.

Carson's Premier Catering was created to provide superb catering services for all sorts of occasions at venues throughout Westmoreland, Fayette, and Allegheny Counties.  Carson's will cater a wedding, a birthday party, an office party, a corporate event, a holiday party, a sports banquet, a picnic or even a get-together in your home.
